Anna Gunn

Anna Gunn is an American actor from the United States. Anna Gunn is an American actress. Other roles she has played comprise Jean Ward in The Practice and Martha Bullock from Deadwood. Anna Gunn grew up in Sante Fe New Mexico and fell in adore with acting during her time at Preparatory School. The late 70's, her family relocated to Ohio. Theatre studies were through Northwestern University. A semester was spent in the British American Drama Academy. Anna was employed by the theater in the Chicago area for a few years prior to trying her luck in TV as well as films. Anna had her biggest break in 1992 when she played Arden for 29 episodes of Down the Shore. In the early 90s she appeared as a regular actor in both film and TV including Seinfeld as well as NYPD Blue. The mid-2000's saw her was placed in Deadwood in the role of Martha Bullock for two full seasons. In 2008, she was cast as Skyler as Skyler in Breaking Bad. Sully was another of her roles. Gunn is also a part of the stage in David Schwimmer's show Sex With Strangers. Gunn acted as Numbered Days, which is a four-part audio show that premiered set in 2022. Breaking Bad is often centered around the relationship between Walter White with his wife Skyler. Their relationship is strained and final break-up echoes the end of Walter White's story.
